Client: - Kent and Medway CCG

Project : - Transformation of frontline digital for Urgent emergency Care, part of the Call NHS 111 Programme.

Outcome: - Set up a PMO which ensured the implementation of key governance framework. Uniform coverage across Kent and Medway system (8 boroughs). Managed a team of Project Managers, Business Change Managers, and third-party suppliers, provided support, coaching, and mentoring to all stakeholders as necessary. This enabled patient direct booking to over 500 end points including A&E.
