Abi founded Bliss-B Consulting to provide consultancy services to B2B and B2G within the health and social care sector. She has over 21 years experience at senior manager / director level, in the health and social care sector. She is skilled in change/programme management, fund/investment and commercial management.

Her background span a variety of roles, with responsibility for delivering complex and large scale programmes to strengthen health systems and drive value through change leadership at NHS England, Pubic Health England, Cancer Network, The National Institute of Care and Health Excellence (NICE), Clinical Commissioning Groups now ICS's.

Abi is known for her pragmatic approach based on experience to provide sound advice and balanced thoughtful perspectives. She is well respected throughout the healthcare industry. Abi is a qualified; Change Management Practitioner, MSP Practitioner, Prince II Practitioner and SaFe Agile Project Practitioner. In addition she is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS). She also hold a Exec Postgraduate diploma in Health Service Management as well as a MA in Human Resources Management with specialisation in Change and Culture management.

Wani is a law graduate with over twelve years of work as a consultant working with business start-up and funding across three continents. He is skilled in research, innovation, strategy execution, organisation improvements, operations management and leadership. He is passionate about entrepreneurship and social projects.
